OFFICE BUILDING
TOKYO JAPAN
CURTAIN DESIGN
TEXTILE :
ORIGINALLY COLOURED METALIC TEXTILE
Van Hongo designed curtains for a client's office located on the top three floors of a nine-story office building. The architect's concept is an office where you can feel nature.,it is a biophilic design.
The top floor is a lounge floor with an open atrium and light pouring in. It is a place for employees to gather and relax. The curtains are made of colorful fabrics (sky blue, gold, navy blue, and gray) that are layered and connected at different heights like a garden hedge, aiming to create a dynamic space where employees can walk around and sit and enjoy.
The sheer fabrics are layered and allow light to pass through, creating more complex colors. The curtains in the elevator hall, which serves as the entrance to the each floor, are combined with the sign to highlight the difference in height of the fabric and a combination of colors.

Area : m2
