TEXTILE :  MULTI COLOR STRIPE PRINT LACE

Van Hongo designed curtains for a 24-hour sports gym. The requirements were that they look beautiful both day and night, and that they didn't need any special privacy or other functionality, but rather added a luxurious feel to the gym's atmosphere.

The curtains were carefully sewn with multi-colored stripes based on navy and yellow, and the peaks and valleys of the curtain's pleats matched the stripe pattern, creating a deeper, more rhythmic visual effect. The aim was to create as if multiple streaks of light were running vertically.
